The Collaborative's Origin:
The Texas Injury Prevention Leadership Collaborative was established in 2016 to create innovative opportunities for injury prevention professionals in Texas to discover, network, and grow their leadership skills. Through this community of professionals, participants of the Collaborative are able to discuss and problem solve issues using mindful leadership tactics.
The overarching goal of the Collaborative is to cultivate a network of injury prevention leaders in Texas.
Our vision is a dynamic, united, and competent injury prevention workforce in Texas.
Our mission is to provide opportunities for injury prevention professionals to discover, grow, and succeed professionally.
The Collaborative Values Statement:
As leaders, we support the inherent value of each individual and believe in the collective wisdom of the group with purpose and passion
